Yeah, I guess the size of my pocketbook has shrunk considerably since I bought my Scoob.
But for me, the upgrade bonanza ended at 933 and a GF2 GTS because there isn't a significant enough reason to upgrade anymore. What's the point of an adding 10 or 20 FPS to my games when they already run as smooth as I need them? I have been building systems, but they are all on paper. And every other month, the hardware gets better, the prices get cheaper, and the system I would've built a few months ago becomes "obsolete." My next upgrade will be no less than twice the speed of my current system. Otherwise, it's a waste of money.
And it seems that overclocking just isn't practical anymore. It's lost its luster IMHO, now that it's mainstream and kiddies like Richter can even do it.
